We ship every UrbanPaw order with tracking, anywhere in Canada.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
Because we work directly with our manufacturing partners to keep prices low, standard delivery takes 10–20 business days within Canada. Every order includes tracking so you can follow it the whole way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
Delays
Occasionally, customs or carrier delays can add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund or free replacement — your choice.
