30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. (We understand you may need to try apparel on your pet for fit — that's fine, as long as it's clean and undamaged.)
How to Start a Return
Email us at whereismybuggatti@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please don't ship anything back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For our mistakes (damaged, defective, or wrong items), we cover everything.
Sizing Help
Not sure what size your pet needs? Email us their measurements before ordering and we'll help you choose — it's the easiest way to avoid a return altogether.
